Zette ("we", "our", "the App") is an AI-powered creative tool that helps you transform photos into artistic images and short videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Zette.
We do not collect facial information.
We do not perform facial recognition, facial biometric analysis, or any form of facial data extraction. We do not collect facial information from your photos. Any image you upload is processed solely for AI creative generation and is not used to identify you or anyone depicted in the image.
When you use Zette, the App may process the following types of information:
Images you select: Photos you choose through the system photo picker are used only to generate AI images or videos based on your instructions. We do not collect facial information from these images.
Text prompts: Descriptions you enter to guide AI generation are sent to our AI service provider to produce your requested content.
Generated content: Images and videos created by the App are stored locally on your device in the App's private storage area.
App preferences: Basic settings and usage data such as your credit balance and creation history are stored locally on your device.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact details. We do not collect facial information. We do not track your precise location. We do not access your contacts, messages, or other personal files beyond the specific images you explicitly select for AI creation.
Images you upload are used exclusively for AI creation within the App. Your photos are encoded and transmitted to our third-party AI processing service to generate the requested output. We do not collect facial information from uploaded images. Generated results are returned to your device and stored in local App storage. We do not use your images for advertising, profiling, or training purposes beyond fulfilling your specific generation request.
To provide AI image and video generation, Zette sends your selected image and text prompt to a cloud-based AI service. This transmission is necessary to perform the creative task you request. The AI service processes your input according to its own data handling practices. We select providers that process data solely to deliver the requested generation output. We do not collect facial information and instruct that uploaded images be used only for the creative task you initiate.
Your creation history, generated images, generated videos, and App settings are stored on your device. You can delete individual works from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored App data from your device.
Zette uses the system photo picker to let you select images without requiring broad storage access. On older Android versions, the App may request permission to save generated content to your gallery. You can deny this permission and still use the App; saving to the gallery would not be available without it.
Zette is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect facial information from any user, including children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please uninstall the App and contact us through the App store listing.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data during transmission to AI services using encrypted connections. Local data is stored in the App's protected sandbox on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You control what images you upload and what prompts you enter. You can delete locally stored works at any time. You can stop using the App and uninstall it to remove all local data. Because we do not collect facial information or maintain user accounts, there is no remote profile to manage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Zette is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect facial information. We do not require accounts. Your uploaded images are used only for AI creation you explicitly request. Your generated works stay on your device. We are committed to keeping your creative process private and transparent.
